Here’s the connection, it has to do with three key words: scrap metal recycling.

A focus on recycling scrap metal offers huge long-term benefits for all of us. Most importantly, if new products like cars, appliances, houses and highways are built using recycled steel, this would significantly reduce construction costs while reducing the depredation of the planet for new resources instead of reusing materials already extracted.

There’s so much demand for scrap metal that the global recycling industry has grown enormously. It has created thousands of jobs and generates tax revenue for countless cities and states.

Without a doubt, there are major environmental benefits when scrap metal is harvested by recycling companies like Socotra Bio Inc. and their partner Gold Coast Resources Group Inc. instead of being placed in landfills, because the chemicals inside those metals – like mercury and other heavy metals – contaminate the soil and water. And that in turn poses serious health risks to people and to wildlife.

How Socotra Bio Inc. and their partner Gold Coast Resources Group Inc., by recycling scrap metal, helps the environment of Djibouti.

Socotra Bio Inc. and their partner Gold Coast Resources Group Inc. have a goal: After cleaning most of the yards that contain many millions of tons of scrap metal waste, our next step is to raise awareness of scrap metal recycling, encourage more people to recycle their used metals, and highlight the benefits of doing so.

At the same time, just like what happens in foreign recycling facilities such as in Canadian and American Scrap Metal companies, we will create jobs and generate millions of US$ dollars in economic activity all across Djibouti, paying US$ millions for goods and labor in the Republic of Djibouti, and paying all the applicable local taxes.

Scrap metal is in high demand around the world, and raw scrap steel is among the top recyclable materials exported to other countries around the world. The demand is out there, and we need to increase our efforts and recycling rates and bring money back to boost Djibouti’s economy. And Socotra Bio Inc. will reinvest its profits in Djibouti into real state, technologies, the medical field, and more.

Socotra Bio Inc. is continually training its staff on proper environmental procedures, and we follow the guidelines of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Institute of Scrap Metal Recyclers. We also work closely with professional environmental consultants to maintain compliance with all existing and future environmental laws and standards.

Socotra Bio Inc.’s scrap metal recycling plan boosts the economy AND helps the environment. Recycling offers two universal benefits: one that is environmental, and the other that is economic.

Earth-Friendly Approach to Scrap Metal Recycling in Djibouti.

Recycling scrap metals is very environmentally friendly. It frees up space in landfills, eliminating the need for large amounts of scrap metal being dumped or stored there.

That means land is being used more productively.

Economic benefits to Djibouti and to Djiboutians.

It’s not just the environment that gets a boost from recycling metals. Today, a significant amount of the parts made to build automobiles, appliances and structural steel comes from metal that has been recycled. This is a booming industry that has generated countless millions in revenue, and our goal is to reinvest the money we earn here in our country Djibouti.

The scrap metal industry supports of thousands of jobs, and Socotra Bio Inc. with their American partners, wants to grow these numbers each year.

The scrap metal industry is also creating a lot of high skilled jobs for people with backgrounds in science and engineering, and many more areas of expertise. Djibouti’s trade balances will get a boost from harvesting and exporting scrap metals.

Good scrap practices present a way to keep things clean in Djibouti and we will do our part to protect the environment of Djibouti. In fact, by integrating scrap metals into our process, Socotra Bio Inc. can turn metal “pollution” into recycling and revenue.

Scrap Metal Recycling: Prices & Benefits of Going Green.

As an entrepreneur and engineer passionate about sustainability, Socotra Bio Inc. and their partner Gold Coast Resources Group Inc. have seen first-hand the potential of scrap metal recycling to unlock a range of environmental benefits.

From reducing greenhouse gas emissions to conserving natural resources, scrap metal recycling is an effective way to make money, and it’s job creation will boost the need for new housing projects and schools, with parks for children to play, and help save the Djiboutian environment. Socotra Bio Inc. and their partner Gold Coast Resources Group Inc., by investing in scrap metal recycling, we can create a cleaner and more sustainable future both for today and for generations to come.

Socotra Bio Inc. and their partner Gold Coast Resources Group Inc.: Execution Plan.

We have over a thousand employees and engineers that have already been chosen by us in preparation for our ramping up of operations. Within the next 2 to 6 months, we are increasing the output quantity up to 50,000 mt and we will grow our staff to over 350 employees up to 1000 employees, with almost 800 plasma cutters including heavy equipment such as loaders and lifters.

Scrap steel Shaft Shredder machines

Shaft Shredders are small-to-large size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of materials to a smaller size. The products can in turn be sent for further processing through additional equipment. Throughput typically ranges between 300 kg/hr – 20,000 kg/hr+ depending on the model, material type and application. We will be investing in two of these for our operations.

Scrap steel crusher machine

The Scrap Steel Hammer Shredder is a type of crushing equipment used to treat scrap steel. It is mainly used for crushing household appliances and light and thin scrap steel objects into shreds for easy loading and transport.

The whole production line of a scrap crusher consists of feeding conveyor, main engine, vibration feeder, discharging conveyor, magnetic separator, iron conveyor, impurity conveyor, dust collector and PLC control cabinet.
